I love how this is from the perspective of a "civilian", so to speak, particularly with the kids. My own kiddo's given me mire than a few "Daddy!" lately when I've made a really bad pun, so that reaction was just great. Although, if you're going to swear, I feel like the best time to do it would be when you're being attacked by a giant kengto.
Thanks! Shifting the perspective helps to keep some of the stories fresh. Seeing the Blades in action from Henry's perspective helps to emphasise their bravery and skills.
And, yes, the child telling off the dad for swearing, despite the situation, is very much drawing on my own interactions with my son. :D
Funny to think this was originally published in April 2022. That...is an awfully long time ago!
As the monster hunters already commented on the seemingly accelerated speed of the Kengto's development, I'm doubling down on my guess of Max-Earth genetic modifications.
Besides, there's no point in a Tri-verse if whatever the overarching plot/conspiracy is doesn't involve all three dimensions. Also, Justin's going to surprised he didn't calculate his ship-buddy is a criminal. Yup, doubling down on that guess, too.
Lola's eye for the ladies is going to get her in trouble. Still, hopefully her 1970's is more accepting of such things than ours.
Yes, but if I WERE on the SDC, I wouldn't get to be reading the adventures of the SDC, and wouldn't have additional data to speculate from, so I wouldn't have the guesses.

Good man, Henry. Hope you keep your leg.

They could do with you on the SDC, Mike.
As for Lola - even if her 1970s still has problems, there's two other dimensions to pick from.

I'd just be Zoltan. 😉*
